Welcome to the iELVis Wiki
iELVis (short for Intracranial ELectrode VISualization) is a software toolbox consisting of MATLAB and Bash scripts for intracranial electrode localization/visualization, mapping electrodes to various anatomical and functional atlases, and overlaying electrode data over functional neuroimaging data.

- If you find a bug in our MATLAB code or Bash scripts, please submit an issue on our GitHub repo. If you don't know how to fix the bug, please provide us with enough details (and data if necessary) to recreate the problem.
- If you would like to contribute to iELVis, feel free to contact us via our GitHub repo or make a pull request with your improved code. Please follow these guidelines when writing your code and documentation. If you are new to GitHub, here are a couple quick tutorials that will teach you enough to get started:
